Sycamore Park is a new development of 128 3, 4 and 5-bedroom homes by Kier Living in Driffield, East Yorkshire.

Howard Civil Engineering secured the enabling works to this prestigious 15-acre residential site, which included the installation of the offsite foul water rising main, and we were subsequently awarded the following phase of works on this residential scheme.

DON VALLEY SCHOOL

The single building, which has created a facility for 1,200 pupils aged 2 to 16 and features a four-storey secondary school, a two-storey primary school and a central event hub, opened to school children in September 2015.

Following extensive negotiation and value engineering sessions, Howard Civil Engineering was awarded the groundworks and structures package for the £20m project to build The Phoenix Partnership’s new head office in Horsforth, Leeds.
