Howards have set up a Sufacing division to complement its traditional Civil Engineering Business. Due to continued growth Howards have set up the division to improve efficiencies and reduce costs. The surafcing division will support Howard Civil Engineering when appropriate but also operate in it’s own entity. Michael Howard MD said “Setting up a Surfacing Division was the logical next step.
