BACKGROUND

Healey Croft is a new development of nine affordable homes in Tingley, Wakefield. This scheme is being developed by Leeds City Council and delivered by our longstanding client, Willmott Dixon.

Howard Civil Engineering is undertaking groundworks and drainage works on this project.

Healey Croft sits just off the busy Westerton Road, meaning deliveries must be robustly planned and managed, and there are a number of existing dwellings close-by which also need utmost consideration.
