Howard Civil Engineering’s robust Health and Safety policy - which has been developed in accordance with OHSAS 18001 – and our quality management system were both born from our belief that the health, safety, and welfare of our stakeholders is paramount. Our quality management system ensures we meet the current legislation, codes of practice, and safety guidance at all times.
