Howard Civil Engineering believes that apprentices are key to our sustained growth and profitability. Our highly praised apprenticeship programme underpins our vision and ethos of being an employer of choice and investing in lifelong learning.
Since 2003, we have helped to challenge, inspire, and nurture dozens of apprentices in various departments and given them a head start into their careers.
We are a proud member of The 5% Club, which means we always strive to have at least 5% of our total workforce in ‘earn and learn’ positions, and we continue to employ several apprentices who have completed their qualifications to become highly skilled individuals.
Our long-term approach towards our apprentices is well received, and we endeavour to offer permanent positions to successful apprentices who receive positive feedback from clients and partners, internal managers, and college mentors.
